Welcome to Meir Israel Judaica, the wine boutique born out of a love for wine and a desire to bring the most unique bottles directly to your home. Just as we are meticulous about selecting our wines and maintaining strict storage conditions, we are equally rigorous regarding our ordering and delivery service to ensure you have a complete and perfect shopping experience. This document details the store’s shipping and returns policy and constitutes an inseparable part of the website’s Terms of Use. The text is written in the masculine form for convenience but addresses women and men alike.
We make great efforts to deliver your wines quickly and reliably so that you can enjoy them at the perfect moment.
Handling and Shipping Days: Sunday–Thursday (excluding holidays and holiday eves).
Orders after 12:00 PM: Will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Windows: Between 09:00–17:00.
Standard Areas: Delivery will arrive within 1 to 7 business days.
Exceptional Areas (such as border settlements, Judea and Samaria): Delivery will arrive within up to 14 business days.
Please Note: During sales periods, holidays, and times of unusual high volume, delays may occur. We will provide updates if necessary and make every effort to meet deadlines.
We charge shipping fees according to the size of the order:
Basic Shipping Fees: Price adjusted per region.
Weight Exceptions: If the order weight exceeds standard limits, the charge will be determined at the store’s discretion and in accordance with the nature of the order.
This policy is designed to maintain fairness and allow us to continue providing efficient delivery services even for large and heavy orders.

Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control, such as: Wars, pandemics, strikes, sanctions, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or natural disasters. In such cases, delivery delays may occur. We will endeavor to notify the customer of any change in schedules as soon as possible. In such situations, the Company bears no responsibility for delay or damage caused as a result of the event.
We work with external shipping companies with experience and reliability. We choose our partners carefully, but delays or malfunctions not under our direct control may occur. In any such case, we will do everything in our power to assist vis-à-vis the shipping company to find a quick solution and ensure that the wine arrives to you in proper condition and as soon as possible.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to cancel a transaction or return a product, the policy is as follows:
Timeframe: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Refund Method: The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the transaction.
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee will be deducted in accordance with the law: 5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.
Refund Processing: A refund of up to 2,000 NIS will be performed immediately. For amounts over 2,000 NIS – the refund will be performed within 14 business days vis-à-vis the credit card company.
Shipping Costs: If the order has already been shipped, shipping fees will not be refunded, and an additional charge may apply for return shipping.
To maintain a high standard and product quality, product returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
The product is returned in its original packaging, closed and intact.
The product has not been opened or damaged.
The return is accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
The Company reserves the right to refuse the return of a product that does not meet these conditions.
